Traveling & Competitive Program

Program Overview

The traveling and competitive program provides opportunity to the most talented immigrant and urban youth who are economically disadvantage to afford participating in the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association.  The goal of this program is beyond accessibility, it engages these youth in interaction with their peers around the state through the statewide organization, Minnesota Youth Soccer Association.  Although immigrant youth in our program are culturally diverse, this opportunity offers them an even greater chance to interact with youth from other cultures.  In doing so, they are building their cross-cultural leadership skills.
